These terms and conditions govern your use of the Snout Club website and subscription
service. By subscribing to Snout Club, you agree to these terms in full. Please
read them carefully before purchasing.
1. About Snout Club
Snout Club is a monthly credit subscription service for dog products operated by
Snout Club Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Our registered address and
company number will be available on our website.
When you subscribe to Snout Club, you receive a monthly store credit (Club Small:
£32 per month, Club Large: £52 per month) which can be spent on products from
our monthly curated shop of UK independent dog brands.
2. Subscribing Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to Snout Club. By subscribing,
you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and resident in the United
Kingdom.
Creating an account
You must create an account to subscribe. You are responsible for maintaining the
security of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately if you
suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Subscription plans
Wecurrently offer two subscription plans:
– Club Small — £32.00 per month
– Club Large — £52.00 per month
Both plans give full access to the monthly product shop. The only difference between
plans is the amount of monthly store credit issued.
3. Billing and payment
Billing cycle
You will be billed on the same date each month — the date on which you first
subscribed. Payment is processed automatically using the payment method you provide at sign-up.
Credit issuance
Your store credit will be issued to your account automatically when your monthly
payment is successfully processed. Credit will appear in your account dashboard
and can be used immediately.
Top-ups
If you select products whose total value exceeds your available credit, you will
pay the difference at checkout using your saved payment method. The top-up
amount will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.
Credit carry-over
Unused store credit carries over to the following month and stacks with your new
monthly credit. Credit does not expire while your subscription is active.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and attempt to retry the payment. If
payment cannot be processed within a reasonable period, your subscription may
be paused until the matter is resolved. You will not lose accumulated credit as
a result of a failed payment.
4. Your monthly shop
Each month we curate a selection of products from UK independent dog brands. The shop is refreshed monthly and closes approximately one week before the end of
the month to allow for packing and dispatch. The closing date will always be
communicated in advance via email and shown in your account dashboard.
We reserve the right to update the product menu at any time. Products shown as
available are subject to stock availability.
If you do not place an order before the monthly deadline, your credit will carry
over to the following month automatically.
5. Delivery
We dispatch boxes on a rolling schedule throughout the month. Delivery is to UK
addresses only. Standard delivery is charged at £3.99 per order and is shown at
checkout. Estimated delivery times are 2–3 working days from dispatch.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Snout Club is not responsible for
delays caused by the courier once the box has been dispatched.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details of your
rights regarding cancellation, pausing, missing or damaged products, and credit
on cancellation.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Snout Club website, including text, images, logos, and brand
identity, is the property of Snout Club Ltd and is protected by UK and
international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any
content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snout Club Ltd shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our
service. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not
exceed the value of that order.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant
changes by email and will always display the date on which the terms were last
updated. Continued use of the service after changes have been communicated
constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Snout Club shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
