How does the credit model work?

When your subscription payment processes each month, the full amount converts to
store credit and appears automatically in your account. You then use that credit to choose products from our monthly shop — treats, grooming, wellness, toys, and walk accessories — all from UK independent brands. Your credit balance is shown in your account dashboard and counts down in real time as you add items.

When does my credit load?

Your credit loads on the same date every month — the date you first subscribed. If
you joined on the 8th, your credit arrives on the 8th of every month. You'll receive an email the moment it's ready to spend.

Does my credit expire?

No. Unused credit carries over to the next month and stacks with your new credit when it loads. There's no deadline and nothing disappears.

What can I spend my credit on?

Anything in this month's shop. Our curated monthly menu spans from treats, wellness,
toys, and walk accessories — all from UK independent brands. The menu refreshes
every month. You cannot use credit on products outside our shop or on previous
months' products once the menu has changed.

Can I save up my credit and spend it all at once?

Yes. Credit carries over month to month, so you can let it build up and place a larger order when you feel like it. Some members save two or three months' credit for a bigger seasonal shop.

Topping Up

What happens if I want more than my credit covers?

If the total value of your chosen products exceeds your credit balance, you simply
pay the difference at checkout. Your credit is applied automatically and you pay the remaining balance with your saved card. It works exactly like any normal purchase — just with some of it already paid for.

Is there a limit on how much I can top up?

No limit. Your credit covers the base amount and you can add as much as you like on top.

Can I upgrade to get more credit?

Yes. You can switch from Club Small (£32) to Club Large (£52) at any time from your
account dashboard. The change takes effect from your next billing date and any
accumulated credit carries over.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my box be dispatched?

We dispatch on a rolling schedule throughout the month. Once you've confirmed your selection and completed checkout, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link — usually within 3–5 working days.

We'll always notify you of the monthly cut-off date (the deadline to finalise your box) in advance, both by email and in your account dashboard.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. We'll include a tracking link in your dispatch email.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard UK delivery is £3.99 per box. This is charged at checkout and shown clearly
before you confirm. We do not currently offer free delivery.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Not currently. Snout Club is UK-only for now.

What if something arrives damaged or is missing?

Email us at hello@snoutclub.com within 7 days with your order number and a description. For damaged items, please include a photo. We'll issue a credit to your account for the full value of the item within 3–5 working days.

Plans & Billing

What's the difference between Club Small and Club Large?

The only difference is the amount of monthly credit:

– Club Small: £32 per month

– Club Large: £52 per month

Both plans get full access to the same monthly shop, the same UK independent brands, and the same carry-over mechanic. There are no exclusive products locked behind Club Large.

When am I billed?

You're billed on the same date every month — the date you first subscribed. The payment processes automatically and your credit loads immediately once payment is confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express —
as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is handled securely through Shopify Payments.

What happens if a payment fails?

We'll email you immediately with a link to update your payment details and retry the
payment automatically. If payment can't be processed within a reasonable window, your subscription will be paused until resolved. You won't lose any accumulated credit.

Pausing & Cancelling

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. You can pause for up to three consecutive months from your account dashboard. While paused, you won't be billed and no new credit will load. Your existing credit balance is preserved and waiting when you return.

How do I cancel?

Head to your account dashboard, select 'Manage subscription', and follow the cancellation steps. No phone calls, no notice period, no hoops to jump through. We may ask a couple of quick questions to help us improve — this is optional
and takes under a minute.

Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. You
won't be charged again after that.

What happens to my credit if I cancel?

Any unused credit remains valid for 30 days from your cancellation date. We'll email you before it expires so you have time to place a final order. After 30 days, remaining credit expires and cannot be reinstated.

Can I rejoin after cancelling?

Of course. Sign up again whenever you like. Note that any credit that expired during your cancelled period won't be reinstated, but you'll start fresh with a full month's credit from your new subscription date.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No minimum term, no lock-in, no cancellation fee. Subscribe for one month and cancel if it's not for you. We'd much rather earn your continued subscription
than trap you into it.

The Shop & Products

How does the monthly shop work?

Each month we curate a fresh selection of products from UK independent dog brands.
The menu goes live at the start of the month and closes approximately one week before month-end to allow for packing and dispatch. You'll receive an email when it opens and a reminder before it closes.

Can I see what's in the shop before I subscribe?

Yes. The current month's menu is visible on our website without logging in. We want you to see what you're getting before you commit.

What if I forget to build my box before the deadline?

Your credit carries over automatically to the following month. Nothing is lost. We always send a reminder email a few days before the cut-off.

How do you choose which brands to include?

Every brand on Snout Club is UK-based and independently owned. We vet each one before they join the menu — trying products, reading ingredient lists, and asking the questions you'd ask if you had the time. If we wouldn't use it on our own dog, it's not going in your box.

Can I buy products without a subscription?

Not currently. The shop is exclusively for Snout Club members. This is how we're
able to curate such a focused, high-quality selection and work directly with independent brands who supply us for our members.
